I have been spiritually cleaning homes since 2005 but I never advertised, and I usually asked people not to speak about me unless they could see someone needed my help. I didn’t choose this vocation, but it definitely chose me. One person asked me what I did for work and I must have been in a bad mood because I told her. She just looked at me and asked how I advertised. I said, “People find me.” It is true. I would get calls out of the blue from people who would not tell me how they got my name.

But I think it’s unfair of me to keep on doing business this way. People like you have problems, and no one will offer help in the church. The church forces you to seek help from unwilling priests and mediums. Or they make you join and send their prayer group out to your house. That is the best scenario but what if you just want someone to come help and then leave? If you needed a plumber, you wouldn’t have to join a church, would you?

I am a retired electrical engineer, so I am not going to throw science out the window. When you tell me that you see things swaying when there is no wind, I will ask you to check earthquake.usgs.gov to see if there have been tremors in your area. I will ask you to drive around your neighborhood to look for construction or blasting that could explain the movement. That said, I do not have electromagnetic sensing equipment as many ghost busters do. I use my senses and I listen to you, the owner or renter.

I was once listed in legal documents as a “demonologist” but it was just to try to prove that the person who hired me was crazy. Nice, huh?

I have a family and I love to cook. Sourdough bread is a passion of mine. I like to golf – a new hobby! I like golf because you can feel the land so fully as you look out on the fairway and plan your next shot.

I do not belong to a church. Don’t ask me to join yours. I prefer to be completely freelance because I need to be able to follow what I feel without concern for what a church will allow me to do.
